All products sold on this website are made-to-measure and manufactured according to the specifications provided by the customer.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products:
Minor variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur
Colours displayed on screens may differ from the final product
Samples are provided as a guide only
3. Measuring Responsibility
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all measurements submitted are correct.
Products are manufactured exactly to the measurements provided
We do not accept responsibility for incorrect measurements
Measuring guides should be followed carefully before placing an order
Once an order is placed and production has begun, measurements cannot be amended.
4. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
An order is deemed accepted once production has commenced
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
Prices include VAT where applicable
Full payment is required at the time of ordering
Payments are processed via approved third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Klarna)
6. Made-to-Measure Products & Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
Custom-made / bespoke products are non-returnable and non-refundable
This includes:
Products made to customer-specified measurements
Products customised in size, colour, or configuration
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is faulty due to manufacturing defects
The product arrives damaged
An incorrect item has been supplied by us
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Delays may occur due to production schedules or courier services
We are not liable for delays beyond our control
Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
8. Installation
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Installation services are not provided
Installation is the customer’s responsibility
We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue and packaging
We may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased
We are not responsible for third-party installation errors
